When you use the platform, we may collect account and profile information, usage and technical information, support requests, and the content or evidence your organisation chooses to add to the service.

We may also collect limited technical information when you use our website or platform, including device, browser, IP address, pages or features used, and referral information.

We use personal data to:

• respond to enquiries and arrange requested walkthroughs;
• provide, secure and improve Senturian;
• manage accounts, support requests and our relationship with your organisation;
• understand how the website and platform are used;
• send service communications and, where permitted, relevant updates;
• meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations; and
• protect the security and integrity of our services.

Where required, we rely on an appropriate legal basis for processing personal data, such as consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation or legitimate interests.

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers that help us operate Senturian, including hosting, infrastructure, analytics, customer support, communications and security providers. These providers may process personal data only to provide services to us and under appropriate contractual safeguards.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect the rights, safety or security of Senturian or others, or as part of a corporate transaction.

Senturian may process personal data in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date.
